Below are the questions most frequently asked.
Can I use my own Artwork?
Almost any artwork can be recreated with an added art charge. If you would like to use your own art without and added art work charge please see our Artwork Requirements.
I've placed my order. Now What?
After an order is placed and a 50% deposit has been paid, your order will move on to production. Orders will take 7-13 business days to complete once production begins.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are completed within 7 - 10 business days of when the order was approved for production.
Can I get a sample before I order?
If you need a sample of a product before ordering, either blank or printed, contact our office and one of our service representatives will be happy to arrange shipment of a sample if possible*.
*Production fees may apply.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Some orders will have to meet a minimum piece requirement;
Embroidery: 1 piece.
Screen printing: 12 pieces.
Promotional products: minimums will very from product to product.
Can you re-create my Artwork
Yes, not only do we offer production services but we also provide digitizing services. We can re-create your artwork so that it is in a format to fit your needs.
Once we are done you can then retrieve your artwork and do with it as you please.
Do you sell blank shirts?
Yes! We sell a large variety of blank T's that range in colors and styles. If you are interested in purchasing blank T's please contact our offices or visit the link below.
